  2. Your focus on simplicity was enjoyable and helped clear up the complexities of life. You did a great job on your last lecture and the song was also good!

  7. I love you Niki. Seriously, high school has been intense. We dated. It seems like so long ago! I'm really glad to know you, to see you at 311, to be in classes with you...to have met your parents. Your a great person Niki, hold true to yourself and you will soar. You have a lot of goodness in you. We need to chill this summer.

  8. I really likeed the story about the soccer team. I can see that it would be stressful and sports are not any good if you don't want to play. I also really enjoyed the song you played. I feel as if it really complemented the lecture.

  10. Using the song through out your lecture was a good way to get the audience to pay attention. The song said a lot about who you are. When you said that playing soccer for Arapahoe I could tell that you really only played to win. Good luck in college next year.

  11. Niki,
I like the lyrics at the beginning and your theme of living simply. I like how you spliced the music into your speech. It brought it depth and a nice beat. It also brought a more personal note by combining the two. i was able to understand your experiences through the lyrics and understand the lyrics through the presentation. :) i enjoyed it.

  13. I loved that you broke up your speech with the song. I liked the way it all flowed together. I totally agree that middle school was the most awkward time. I really liked that you said that you may not have left a legacy on Arapahoe, but it left a legacy on you. I also liked how you ended your speech, saying you had a long way to go.

  16. I like how you used the song to start out the presentation and tie everything together. As well as how Arapahoe left an impression on you and it wasn't you that left an impression on Arapahoe.

  17. Nikki, I loved how you love how you used a song to start your last lecture. It was interesting. It was a good song too. You see to look down at your note cards a lot. I love how you broke up your speech with the song. It was a great release or break for you. You like us all have a long way to go. And if you keep heading in the way you want you will get far.

  18. The song was a great piece to relate your speech to. I liked the part about how you didn't leave a legacy at Arapahoe, but Arapahoe left a legacy in you. A lot of students are unsure about their future, myself included. Good luck at whatever or wherever it is you may be doing and going.

  21. I liked the simplicity of the speech and i really liked the song! the lyrics seemed perfect for us as seniors moving on into life. i like how you related the past with our memories and more than just time that has past. I hadn't even thought about the fact that i hadn't thought about life after college and how we have a tendency to think one step at a time.
